This was the top of the league clash that Tor 1XV had been waiting for, with both Tor and Stothert unbeaten in the league thus far... this was until Tor got the all important BIG W!
The home advantage was to play a deciding role in this battle of attrition.
Tor forwards were posessed in attack, supported by the backs who decided the score line.
Stothert were tough as expected, resulting in a close encounter that saw Tor become triumphant.
This result means that Tor 1XV have created some distance between the two sides in the league table, with Stothert still in 2nd place and the mighty Tor unbeaten in 1st place.
