At first this game seemed to be a tough fixture for Tor, as Old Sulians were stubborn in defence and covered the line well. Sure enough the relentless possession and attack from Tor resulted in a few tries before the half. Old Sulians were gifted a try due to the notorious ill discupline from Tor. This was to be Old Sulians only try of the game before Tor put them to the sword and let loose in the second half, recording another half century.
This was a team effort once again, with a combination of both forwards and backs moves securing the goods at the end of the day. The first five minutes of the second half will be noted as the best play of the season so far with two tries in quick succession from the kick off. If we played like that for 80 minutes we would be World beaters!
No game next week for Tor 1XV, to which they play Stothert & Pitt 1XV December 1st at HOME in what promises to be a nail biter in the top of the league clash. Both sides unbeaten at this point in time and only one point difference in Somerset 1. THIS IS TOR!
